🌿 Magical Moments Dome Hire – Business Policies 🌿

1. Booking Policy

There will be a booking fee of £50 required to secure your preferred date, which will act as your damage deposit.

This will be refunded after the dome is collected, provided it is in good order with no damage.

As soon as the date has been confirmed available and the booking fee has been received, your details will be taken.

Please ensure the correct details are given at this time, and any updates need to be given at least 7 days before the date.

Full payment must be made on the day of set up.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible to transfer the deposit to a future booking.

Cancellations within 14 days of the event will result in loss of the deposit.

Rescheduling is allowed once per booking, with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

3. Weather Policy

Domes are designed for light to moderate weather, but extreme weather conditions (e.g. high winds, storms) may affect setup.

In cases of severe weather, we will reschedule your booking free of charge or offer a credit note for future use.

4. Damage & Liability

A refundable damage deposit of £50 is required and will be returned after inspection, within 48 hours post-collection.

Customers are responsible for any damage to the dome or decor during the hire period.

We are not liable for any injury or loss caused by the misuse of equipment.

5. Setup & Collection

We require clear access to the setup location (including garden gates or pathways).

The setup area must be flat, clean, and free of animal waste or debris.

We will agree a setup and collection time with you in advance – please ensure someone is present.

6. Use of the Dome

No smoking, candles, or open flames are permitted inside the dome.

Please ensure children are supervised at all times.

Do not move or tamper with the structure once set up.

7. Photos & Social Media

We may take photos for promotional use unless you notify us in writing that you do not consent.
